I've been working with the Keelings since 2006 when I was looking to buy my first investment property (I'm an out of state investor) and have bought 8 properties through them. At every stage they have been absolutely magnificent. Mike looked after me right from the start, giving excellent advice and showing a masterful knowledge of the market and sales process. He is friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and has made the whole process both informative and fun. He points out the strengths and weaknesses of the various areas and properties we look at and is very thorough when conducting inspections. He looks at each property as though he were buying it for himself, noting not just the current condition, but looking for maintenance issues likely to arise over the next 5 or so years. This is invaluable to an investor like myself, but also to those buying for themselves. Since then I've bought another 7 investment properties, all through Mike (and Irene Keeling) - 2 sight unseen based purely on Mike's recommendation - and he has never led me astray (how many people would you trust with several hundred thousand of your dollars?).
